Established in 1965, DeSantis Management Group (DMG) is a multiple association management company that specializes in the administration and development of non-profit organizations and their related programs, services, meetings and events. DMG is located in the City of Santa Ana, California, situated approximately 6 miles North of John Wayne Airport.

The multiple management approach is based on the concept of shared resources. Under this arrangement, DMG can provide growing volunteer-based organizations with the expertise and capabilities of a larger organization in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Through shared resources many inefficiencies and overhead expenses are significantly reduced and synergies created.

During its decades of service to the non-profit organization community, DMG has developed numerous innovative and sophisticated approaches to maximize membership, industry support, exhibit and convention registration revenues, as well as cost containment.

We possess the flexibility and expertise to offer assoications what they need, when they need it and in a manner consistent with the operating procedures, methodology, and philosophy that is best suited to each group's goals and development. We understand that each organization and its member’s have a unique identity and mission.
